There are two drivers I know of that work for this thing.

They are actually for the WE711-AP, but seem to work at least partially on the WL711-AP(E)

One is a utility for setting the IP Address

The other is an SNMP configuration utility

Both can be found on www.driverguide.com

If your access point is broken, and the lights flash on and off repeatedly, try replacing the power supply. It fixed mine!
