Some time Last Year, Avalan released a program called Remotely Possible, which is a reasonably good remote control program. At that time, they released a version for Windows 95 which, after 30 days, would become a LITE version. This meant that most of the options were disabled, including Chat and File transfer.
Since then they have released more reliable, improved versions that don't seem to have this LITE feature.
If all you need is plain vanilla remote control software, you can still grab a copy of the early version of Remotely Possible from this site.
